Escent-Oil Balance Training FAQ’s

  1. I do not want to work with animals.  Why would I take these classes?

These classes are designed to help you learn more about what your human body is attempting to show you by using the animal as your model.

2.  Anyone can facilitate Animal Raindrop.  Why should I enroll in an Escent-Oil Balance class?

You are correct.  Anyone can facilitate Animal Raindrop on his/her own animals. – BUT NOT on another’s animal in some areas.  There are reports of veterinarians in certain states “if 1 drop of essential oil is put on someone else’s animal – you are guilty of practicing medicine without a license.

3.  ”If I am only helping out a friend who wishes his/her animal receive an Animal Raindrop, why should I be concerned about a veterinarian learning I gave someone else’s animal an Animal Raindrop?

There instances when an animal may experience detoxification rashes or welts.  An owner who has never experienced animal detoxification with his/her animal has only to be concerned enough to take his/her animal to a veterinarian.  It would be a natural response to a vet’s question to say you put an essential oil on the animal’s body.   Your friend is not intentionally trying to get you in trouble.  It will be a veterinarian who alerts his/her state board of your actions.

4.  Why would a veterinarian care whether or not I facilitate Animal Raindrop?

There are state and federal laws protecting a veterinarian’s Scope of Practice .  Many state boards are now including Aromatherapy, Animal Psychology, Animal Nutrition and many other modalities which have long been thought to be routine animal husbandry.  It is my opinion the broadening of a veterinary scope of practice act is an attempt to protect their licensees’ income.

5.  Will taking an Escent-Oil Balance class make it legal for me to facilitate Animal Raindrop?

No – unless you hold an a license from an board enabling you to work on animals.  There are certain steps which must be completed before you will be “legal” to facilitate and a coach others about animal health.  Escent-Oil Balance was designed to facilitate your ability to step outside of the realm of “practicing medicine without a license”.  Completion of all steps will move Animal Raindrop out of the realm of straight Aromatherapy and into the realm of spirituality

6.  What are the steps I must complete to move my Animal Raindrop practice into the realm of spirituality?

The Escent-Oil Balance Handbook takes you through the steps one by one.  After completion of an Escent-Oil Balance Intensive, a student goes home to practice skills learned in Animal Raindrop (ART) and Animal Neuro-Auricular (NAT-A).  When a student is ready, he/she may arrange an approximately 8 hour return demonstration hands-on skills test and oral exam with an Instructor.  If a student passes the test, he/she may apply for Certified Animal Raindrop Technique Specialist or Certified Animal Raindrop Specialist.

These are special points located throughout a body.  It has been shown these points hold trauma – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – which  block energy flow.  Essential oils may aid in facilitating the release of a blockage.  Energy will again flow as intended.  Research shows the blockage removal aids in a return to a healthier lifestyle as movement returns to an area.

Class work is structured so one segment builds upon another.  The larger the animal, the easier it is to initially locate Vita Flex Key Points.  Thus, a student is more adept at feeling the smaller Vita Flex Key Points found on a smaller body.  The more practice one is able to accomplish in class room setting, the less answers he/she has after leaving the class room.
